Clean Uninstall
So you REALLY want to rip the software off your system and try again, these steps will get the job done:
1. Uninstall the program as found in the Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs
2. Delete the following directories:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Autodesk
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Autodesk
C:\Program Files\Anything that says ‘Autodesk”
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared
3. Delete the following Registry Keys
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk
4. Re-boot and re-load.
