Cross Section Object Projection
New for Civil 3D 2010 is the ability to project objects from a plan view into a cross section view. Switch to the Home tab, and you’ll find the option in the Section Views drop-down on the Profile & Section Views panel as shown below:
Object Projection
AutoCAD points, blocks, 3D solids, and 3D polylines, as well as AutoCAD Civil 3D COGO points, feature lines, and survey figures, can each be projected to a section view and labeled. My initial reaction was – ROW lines in section views.
