My first successful software Implementation (AutoCAD Civil 3D 2005) came in 2004 when by all accounts the software wasn’t ready. We implemented tools that made sense, shied away from those that didn’t, and in the end realized a 25% reduction in the time spent in production. My goal was not to sell software or services (I.II.I does not sell software). My goal was to make a great engineering firm better; I haven’t wavered from that. In fact, it’s the foundation for my business.
