Windows 7 First Look

The Windows 7 Release Date is expected to be January 2010. Although this may be moved forward to late 2009, now is the time to start planning for the future.

Windows 7 System Requirements:
1 GHz 32-bit or 64-bit processor
1Gb RAM (Recommend 4Gb for future Autodesk releases)
16Gb of available disk space
128 Mb Video Card (Recommend 1Ghz for future Autodesk releases)
Internet Access

For AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010 System Requirements, Click Here. You’ll notice Windows 7 is not among the required host operating systems. It stands to reason that AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010, though it may run on Windows 7, it will not be supported.
